Frequently Asked
Questions

?
What should I expect when ordering?

You should expect a handmade item that was made with care and love, but will most likely not be perfect. Resin in particular will almost always have some slight imperfections due to the curing process. I’m human, not a machine and am still learning and refining as I go. If you notice an issue that affects the integrity of the item you ordered, please contact me!

How do commissions work?

This is not yet my full-time gig, so I can only accept a limited number of commissions. You’re welcome to reach out with your ideas via the contact form, and I will get back to you as soon as I can! Submitting a request through the form does not guarantee that I will be able to take on the project, details will be further discussed and the project will be accepted if it’s a good fit for the both of us.

?
Do you have regular drops??

As of right now I do not have a regular schedule for drops/releases. Sign-up for my newsletter and follow me on instagram to know when I’ll be releasing new items.

?
When will my order ship?

If you order directly from the site, I will ship your item(s) within a week of the purchase date! Customizable resin items will be made and ship within 2-3 weeks and glass commissions depend on the complexity of the project and will be discussed during the consultation period.

?
Do you ship internationally?

No, and I probably won't for a while. Shipping internationally is risky and expensive so I will only be accepting orders within the U.S. for now.

How should I care for my resin product?

Do not directly put out a lit cigarette, joint, etc. into a resin ashtray because it may leave a permanent mark. I recommend keeping a coin in the tray for that purpose. Ashing into a tray should be fine and will wipe out clean. Resin trays are food-safe, but do not place anything on resin directly out of the oven. Do not put in the dishwasher and do not clean with any harsh chemicals. Resin can yellow over time due to exposure to UV light. I do use a brand of resin that claims to be resistant to yellowing, but to further avoid discoloration, do not leave resin items in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.

How should I care for my stained glass item?

Always handle glass cautiously, especially when installing! If your stained glass piece gets a smudge, appears dirty over time, or needs to be cleaned for any reason, I recommend cleaning it first with a dry cloth. If it needs a bit more care use an ammonia free glass cleaner or denatured alcohol and use a q-tip for crevices. Stained glass does use lead (except for stained glass jewelry where I use lead-free solder) and it’s recommended that you wash your hands before and after handling the glass. Do not place in reach of small children or animals. Suncatchers and smaller glass pieces are intended for indoor use only — do not leave outside.
